1. Booking and Payment

• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only after a deposit or full payment is received.
• Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other communicated methods.
• Payment Schedule: Full payment must be received at least 30 days before the tour starts. If booked within 30 days, full payment is due at booking.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• By Client:
  • More than 60 days before departure: 10% cancellation fee
  • 30–60 days before departure: 25% cancellation fee
  • Less than 30 days before departure: 50% cancellation fee
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee
• By Adventure Time Pakistan: We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen issues. A full refund will be provided.

3. Changes to Bookings

• By Client: Changes may incur additional charges and depend on availability.
• By Us: We may adjust itineraries or accommodations when necessary and will notify clients promptly.

4. Travel Documents and Requirements

• Passports and Visas: Clients must ensure they have valid passports and necessary visas.
• Health Requirements: Clients should check vaccination or health guidelines before traveling.

5. Insurance

We recommend all clients have travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, and lost luggage.

6. Liability

We act as an intermediary between clients and service providers (e.g., hotels, transport). We are not liable for damages, delays, or losses from their actions.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Conduct: Clients must behave respectfully and follow local laws.
• Fitness to Travel: Clients must be physically fit for the activities included in the tour.

8. Complaints and Disputes

Please report complaints immediately. If unresolved, submit a written complaint within 14 days of the trip’s end.

9. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in Pakistani courts.
